The iPad has the chip, the display, and the best drawing input ever put in a tablet. But every time I wanted to make a 3D model on it, I ran into the same wall. Sculpting apps that can't do clean polygon work. Modelers with no way to paint. Painters with no way to model. And every workflow ends with "now send it to a desktop."
FormWright exists to remove that sentence. The goal is one app where you can start from a blank scene, build the form, adjust the points, add modifiers you can always undo, paint on the surface, and walk out with a file the rest of the world can open. Without ever leaving the iPad.

Build from primitives and shape them into real forms. Clean topology you can take anywhere, not a sculpted blob.
Grab a vertex, edge, or face and move it. Precise adjustments that feel natural with a Pencil tip.
Twist, bend, and stack modifiers on top of your base mesh. Dial them in, turn them off, change your mind later. The original is never touched.
Paint directly on the model's surface. Brushstrokes land on the texture, on the geometry, in real time. No UV round trip to another app.
Flood a surface with color or map a gradient across it. Fast ways to block in a look before you get into brushwork.
PBR materials with color, metallic, and roughness maps. Export to USDZ, GLB, or STL and open it in AR, a game engine, or a slicer.

I'm Don Allen III. I've spent years advising companies on spatial computing and AI, and shipping my own creative tools on the side. FormWright is the one I kept wishing someone else would build.
Written for iPad, not ported to it. It uses the GPU, the Pencil, and multitouch the way Apple intended, which is why the viewport stays fast while you paint.
