Having trouble? Here are the most common questions and how to get help.
Quick tip: Most issues are solved by making sure you have a valid API key entered in Settings and that your device is connected to the internet for cloud AI features.
Open OMNIII, grant microphone access, and tap the record button. Your voice is transcribed on-device. To use cloud AI features, go to Settings and enter your OpenRouter API key.
Sign up at openrouter.ai, add credits, and copy your API key. Paste it into OMNIII Settings. Your key is stored securely in the iOS Keychain — it never leaves your device except to authenticate with OpenRouter.
Common causes: expired or invalid API key, insufficient OpenRouter credits, or no internet connection. Check your key in Settings and verify your credit balance at openrouter.ai/credits.
No. Audio is transcribed on-device using WhisperKit. Only the resulting text is sent to AI services when you explicitly request a response.
OMNIII Consensus sends your transcript to multiple AI models in parallel, then synthesizes the best answer from all responses. This gives you a more balanced, well-rounded result than any single model alone.
Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. On-device local language models and vision capabilities are currently in development and may be available in a future update. For now, OMNIII requires an internet connection for AI responses.
Open OMNIII Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." This uses Apple's StoreKit to verify your subscription. No OMNIII account is needed.
Swipe left on any memo in History to delete it. To remove all data, uninstall the app — everything is stored locally and will be permanently erased.
